A family member had a great deal of work done by Dr. Hoffman several years ago. He and his staff were amazing. We had a concern about sometning recently. Our regular dentist suggested contacting Dr. Hoffman for his input. Dr. Hoffman was out of town but his amazing staff - including the wonderful Sonya who was so helpful years ago, could not have been more helpful In order that we not have to wait till Dr. Hoffman returned, Sonya arranged to have the very specific necessary instruments sent and loaned to our wonderful regular dentist. The coperation between the offices and the kindnes and care and additional help from Dr. Hoffman's office was way beyond what one might expect - and they did this all without our even asking! And then of course Sonya followed up to make sure that we did not need any further helfp from Dr. Hoffman at this time .
